Join Amanda Reboul, The Bubble Diva, for the annual Spirit of Madame Bollinger Luncheon, a very special afternoon celebrating the incomparable Madame Lily Bollinger and the remarkable House whose legacy she helped shape.
This year’s luncheon will be held in a beautiful and rarely accessible Brisbane setting, providing the perfect backdrop for an elegant afternoon of exceptional champagne, food and conversation.
Over a beautifully created three-course menu, guests will enjoy a carefully selected line-up of Bollinger champagnes, matched to each course and including the magnificent La Grande Année.
Throughout the afternoon, Amanda will share the stories behind the wines, the House of Bollinger and Madame Bollinger herself, whose independence, determination and wonderfully individual approach to champagne have made her a legend far beyond Champagne.
