The Spirit of Madame Bollinger Luncheon

For our Spring Luncheon we will be evoking the spirit of the great Madame Lily Bollinger by recreating a luncheon experience as if we were visiting her own dining room.
The luncheon will be held at the prestigious Moreton Club and we will be tasting a variety of cuvées from Champagne Bollinger matched with a three course meal.
