Our winter Luncheon for 2022 celebrated the beautiful champagnes of Ayala in the opluent surrounds of the Platinum Room at The Queensland Cricket’s Club, overlooking the hallowed turf of The Gabba.

Guests enjoyed a long luncheon in the secluded private dining room of Hyatt Regency Brisbane. Overlooking the Queen St Mall, enjoy a beautiful 3-course long table lunch matched with a selection of cuvées from Champagne Laurenti – the official champagne of White on Whitehaven.
For our Spring Luncheon we evoked the spirit of the great Madame Lily Bollinger by recreating a luncheon experience as if we were visiting her own dining room.
The luncheon was held at a prestigious private club on the banks of the Brisbane River a variety of cuvees from Champagne Bollinger were matched with a three course meal.
My first Luncheon for 2022 celebratied the beautiful champagnes from Taittinger at stunning French Bistro La Belle Vie in Bardon. Head Chef Samuel Perrin, who trained by the great Alain Ducasse, devised a bespoke menu to perfectly match with a section of Cuvées from Champagne Taittinger.
