The Spirit of Madame Bollinger Luncheon 2022

For our Spring Luncheon we will evoked the spirit of the great Madame Lily Bollinger by recreating a luncheon experience as if we were visiting her own dining room.

The luncheon was held at the prestigious Moreton Club and we tasted a variety of cuvées from Champagne Bollinger matched with a three course meal.
