The organiser requires that participants in the tour are responsible for their own travel insurance and personal accident cover. This is a mandatory requirement. The organiser is not responsible for any costs, delay or inconvenience incurred by a participant due to a medical emergency involving that or any other participant on the tour, or the participant having to withdraw from the tour for any other reason. We will require details of your travel insurance prior to departure, including the name of the company and the policy number.

The tour will include walks through the towns and vineyards, and up and down steep cellars, and therefore will require that you have a medium level of physical fitness. You don’t need to be an athlete, but you do need to have the capacity to participate without any assistance.

The organiser reserves the right to decline a booking for any reason, including on medical grounds.
Should a tour participant require or request medical attention during their travel, such attention will be provided by locally available health care officials and at locally available facilities. In such an event, RBL International Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct or indirect costs, losses or expenses incurred by a tour participant for health services nor for the quality or unavailability of medical care or medical services.

We recommend limiting it to one suitcase and one medium carry bag for ease of transport
Pricing – and changes that may occur

You just need to know that all payments must be made in Australian dollars. On the day of any payment (the deposit or the balance) the daily AU$ exchange rate in your country will enable you to calculate the equivalent of your payment in your local currency.
